자산운용사는 공간의 특성상 고객 동선과 직원 동선이 달라야 하며 직원 간의 프라이버시 확보도 중요하게 계획되어야 한다. 회사의 상징인 코발트블루 색상을 루버, 간접조명, 파티션 프레임에 배치하여 활동적인 이미지를 연출하였고 사무공간 바닥에는 스트라이프 모양의 우븐, 접견공간에는 그레이 색상의 우븐, 회의공간 및 이사실에는 마루를 사용하여 공간을 한눈에 구분할 수 있게 하였다. 회의실/이사실을 제외한 공간은 파티션으로 구분되어 있는데 이는 넓은 공간감과 함께 근무하는 직원들의 프라이버시를 존중해 준다. 그리고 이 파티션 사이사이에 수납 가구를 배치하여 공간을 활용했다.
