주택을 크게 공용공간과 프라이빗한 공간으로 구분하고 공간에 맞게 분위기를 다르게 구성하였다.
우선 공용공간인 거실의 경우 직접 조명의 설치를 가급적 지양하고 간접조명을 활용하여 대리석 바닥 및 벽과 조화를 이루어 모던한 공간을 연출하였다. 여기서 프라이빗한 공간과 경계가 되는 프레임의 경우 어두운 색상의 우드 소재를 사용하여 순백의 거실 공간과 대비를 이룬다. 이에 반해 프라이빗한 침실의 경우 어두운 색상의 우드소재 및 한식 마루의 형태로 고급스럽고 고풍스러운 느낌의 공간을 구성하였다. 또한 조명의 경우 수려한 형태의 방등과 침대 머리맡에 간접 조명을 설치하여 고급스러움을 한층 강조하였다.

In addition, in the case of lighting, indirect lighting is installed at the bedside with beautiful room lights. It emphasized the luxury more.
